It is with great pleasure that ARTINFOINDIA.COM introduces the exhibition, ‘Contemporary Portrait Art Exhibition’, carefully curated to create a common platform for artists across the country and to celebrate the power of our visual idioms.
‘Contemporary Portrait Art Exhibition ‘ is an exposition by 24 artists of India displaying varied mediums of their visual languages like paintings, photographs, graphics and photographics.. ARTINFOINDIA.COM, an organization dedicated to the field of Visual Arts in India, is based in Gurgaon, Haryana. It has been managed by a team of artists and professionals and has been actively promoting art in its original form. We have been actively organizing various art events, including exhibitions, workshops, and projects, and ardently working to raise awareness among young children and youth through programs such as children’s workshops and competitions. We have recently hosted the 3rd All India Art Competition for School Children ‘PEACOCK-The National Bird’ to highlight the environmental issues through paintings and drawings. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to discover the latent talent of the budding and upcoming generation through their sincere and creative thoughts about the environment.
We also try to bring forth the various issues and problems of our environment and society through the medium of art. Our organization also diversifies in providing information on various allied services like listing of Art Events / Exhibitions, Art Galleries, Auction Houses, Art Schools / Institutes, NGOs, Online Services / Websites, Art Publications / Books, Artists, and Art News etc. We also organize camps, workshops, lectures, and give Awards / Scholarships in the field of art short listed by an eminent jury of the respective field.
This show ‘Contemporary Portrait Art Exhibition’ reveals aesthetic emotions and cognitive state of mind of an artist, be it a painter, a sculpto,r or a photographer.
Portrait art existed throughout the ages as documenting the existence of man after death. However, portrait painting is reduced to a great extent by the invention of the Camera. With the passage of time, photography is also considered a visual form of art.
The present exhibition is curetted with the motive to show the creative qualities of portrait artists of various streams who have infused aesthetic expression in their art.

Every year, this organization conducts National Level Art Exhibition of paintings done by school children and young creative artists.
