Kamal Kishore Rastogi

Kamal Kishore Rastogi is an Indian sculptor, painter and visual artist with more than three decades of professional practice. His work spans portrait and figurative sculpture, public and large-scale sculpture, reliefs, wood carving and painting, with a practice grounded in observation, cultural memory and the physical character of material. He holds a B. A. and M. A. in Drawing and Painting and a Diploma in Sculpture from Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, and a Diploma in I. G. D. from D. A. V. College, Bareilly. His professional record includes solo and group exhibitions in New Delhi and across India, participation in national art camps and workshops, and engagement with institutions including the Lalit Kala Akademi, the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the National Gallery of Modern Art (NGMA). His public and commissioned work includes permanently installed sculptures in New Delhi and Ghaziabad, as well as a commissioned figurative sculpture installation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His work is represented in public, government, university and private collections in India and abroad, and his professional activities have also included art education and jury roles in art competitions.
