Graduated in Fine Arts from the Indian Art College in 1975, Kolkata. Solo exhibition at Birla Academy of Art & Culture, Kolkata. Participated in the Annual show organized by the Birla Academy of Art & Culture. Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata, INFAC, Kolkata, 2005-09. Participated in group shows in Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, organized by various organizations, and attended Art Workshops in various cities in India. Participated in Rabindranath Tagore 150th birth centenary exhibition sponsored and organized by the Government of West Bengal at the newly opened Gallery in Kolkata. Member of The Canvas Artists’ Circle, Kolkata
